The Society recorded with regret Captain Osborn’s inability to
accept the Presidentship of the Society, and it was unanimously
resolved to call a special meeting for the purpose of electing a
President.
The following papers, contributed by Government, were then read,
and the best thanks of the Society were voted to His Excellency the
Governor in Council for the valuable contributions
Memorandum of Notes on Mekran, together with a report on a
visit to Kej, and Route through Mekran from Gwadur to Kurrachee,
