I write with rel'erence to your letter of the
21st Decentoer, GIv/LCF/L, on the subject of the application
by the Bahrein Petroleum Company to be allowed to instal
a radio-telephone transmitter, to sens you a copy of a
letter dated 12th January which has now been sent to the
