• 13) Chapter on knowing the natures of coffee, which is spread to and well-known in all lands, and the Yemeni peel, the coffee bean, qat and kuftah , which are well-known only in Yemen (فصل في معرفة طبائع القهوة وهي التي قد انتشرت واشتهرت في جميع البلاد والقشر اليماني والبن والقات والكفتة وهم مشهورين في بلاد اليمن فقط, ff. 112r-113r).
