I am directed by Secretary Sir Austen Chamberlain
to state, lor the iniormation of the Secretary of state
for India, that he has received a request from the Acting
British Consul at Ahwaz for the supply, for the use of
His Majesty 1 s Consulate at that post, of one copy quarterly
during the year 1927 of each of the undermentioned
publications of the government of India
Ihe Combined Civil List for India,
fhe Indian Army List.
•Ihe Quarterly List of the foreign and Political
Department.
2. I am to request that, should the B&rl of
Birkenhead see no objection, arrangements may be made for
the supply of these publications to Acting Consul Captain
Ryen. The cost will, if necessary, be borne on the
foreign Office vote.
