All Communists who hare not passed universal
military training, oom^noing from the publication of
the present Order must report themselves every week on
Wednesday punctually at 5* C*p*bu to the Staff of the
Transcaspian Territorial Battalion, near the ration
stand of the Railway Battalion, Bo *6 Barracks, for
military exercises* The first course will commence on
the 13th April at 5«G # p*m*
Those attempting to evade this instruction will
be subject to disciplinary penalties.
Bo *2 *
All Communists in possession of rifles Issued
to them by the Poltaratsk Territorial Battalion will
return them to the Staff of the Transcaspian Territor
ial Regiment within three days of the issue of this
instruction*
Those not complying with the above will be
proceeded against as being in the unlawful possession
of arms.

The intelligence summaries, and diaries, relate to political, foreign, military and diplomatic affairs in the locality and the neighbouring regions and are variously arranged under (chiefly) the following headings: 'Khorasan and North-East Persia'; 'Herat and Afghanistan'; 'Russian Turkistan'; 'Khorasan'; 'Cis-Frontier'; 'Trans-Frontier'; 'Afghanistan'; 'Bolshevik Garrisons'; 'Local'; 'Transcaspia'; 'Bokhara'; 'Tashkent'; 'Central Russia'; 'Khiva'; 'Ferghana'; 'General'; and 'Samarkand'. The summaries often include appendices which are usually extracts of local and national newspapers published in the regions and countries of interest, including Nabat , Rosta , Izvestia , Ittifaq-i-Islam , Bednota, Prolitarii , Sharq-i-Iran, and Pravda . Other appendices contain details of Bolshevik Garrisons in the region.
