liquidated. It is reported by a very reliable authority that Communist
principles are making some headway in the villages of Transcaspia the
Turkmans themselves distributing their possessions and cattle among their
fnends, but this is suggested that this is a counsel of prudence in, view of
possible state spoliation The same observer states that the women of a
