An extract of a letter from Sir Harford Jones, Resident at Baghdad, to Sir Jacob Bosanquet, Chairman of the Court of Directors The London-based directors of the East India Company who dealt with the daily conduct of the Company's affairs. . The letter includes a memoir titled ‘The Whahaubee [Wahhābīs]’ covering the history of the Whahaubee movement, and giving details of some of their ideas. It also includes an abstract of advices from Bombay respecting the movement.
