With reference to ycur letter !70elll8 of 1931 dated
the 12th October regarding yaraooq Kamel Maraooq, a
Bahrain oubject, I have the honour to inform y cu that this
man has never applied to this Vice-Consulate for passport
facilities to return to Bahrain. Should he do so, there
would be mo difficulty in granting them. He has, however,
s' own no desire to return to his country, and even if he
wished to return, he has not the money to pay for his
passage.
2 . He has been helped in the past by the Pro-Consul at
this post, who secured employment for hi^ on various
o: ns-L-na, but he has always proved unreliable and xjsriascxxi
