This file contains correspondence sent by the Political Agency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, headed by an agent. at Bahrain to J G Ballie, Vice-Consul at Bushire [Bushehr], regarding Khan Bahadur Abdul Latif bin Abdul Jalil [Khān Bahādur ‘Abd al-Laṭīf bin ‘Abd al-Jalīl], former Director of Customs at Kuwait.
The letters mention why the former Director was dismissed and explain the private conversation the Political Agency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, headed by an agent. had with him on 21 March 1933, when he disclosed personal political affairs regarding Kuwait.
