(c) Superintendence of grain Zariba.

(e) Granting licenses for the sale of tobacco and for coffee-shops and
brokers.
(f) Tom-toming of notices in the bazaar.
(g) Superintendence of the conservancy, lighting, watering, care of
roads, &c., within civil limits.
(h) Grant of passes for—
(1) Blasting. \
(2) Excavation of pumice. i Within civil limits.
(3) Removal of sand, gravel or stones. )
