PROSPECTUS.
English, Prospectus.
The Subscription List will be opened simultaneously in London, Paris, Berlin,
and Amsterdam on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 1890, and will be closed on
or before Thursday, the 6th day of November, 1890.
Subscriptions will be received in Paris by the Gomptoir National d’Escornpte
de Paris, in Berlin by Messrs. Hardy & Co., Behrenstrasse, 2, and in
Amsterdam by De Twentsche Bankvereeniging, B. W. Blijdenstein & Co.
The Imperial Tobacco Corporation of Persia

Incorporated under the Companies Acts, 1862 to 1890.
CAPITAL £650,000 in 64,740 ORDINARY SHARES of £10
each, and 2,600 POUNDERS’ SHARES of £1 each.
The whole of the Founders’ Shares will be issued to the Vendor Company, or its Shareholders,
as fully paid up in part payment of the purchase consideration.
The Shareholders in the Vendor Company have, in the terms of this Prospectus, already applied
for £215,800 (21,580 Shares) of the Ordinary Capital (being the largest amount permitted by the rules of
the London Stock Exchange) which amount the Directors will allot in full.
APPLICATIONS will now be received for the remaining capital, namely
£431,600 in 43,160 Ordinary Shares
payable as follows10s. on application; £2. 10s. on allotment; £2. 10s. on
the 10th day of December, 1890; £2. 10s. on the 10th day of January,
1891; £2 on the 10th day of February, 1891.
Share Warrants to Bearer will be issued to any Shareholder requiring the same at any time after the
Shares are fully paid up.
The Founders 1 Shares will not receive dividends in any year until the Ordinary Shares shall have
received 15 per cent, dividend for that year. The remaining profits will then be divided in equal moieties
between the Ordinary Shares and the Founders’ Shares.

The papers' contents and type vary considerably, but consists primarily of handwritten notes, some of which are organised roughly for individual chapters of the book.
