I n reply to your letter No. 443-1472, dated 27th ultimo, on the subject
of the relations of His Highness the Gaekwar with his Sirdars Leader of a tribe or a polity; also refers to a military rank or title given to a commander of an army or division. , I am directed to
inform you that His Excellency the Viceroy and Governor-General in Council
approves of your proceedings.
2. The arrangements made by you and agreed to by both parties render
