issued by a court in India.

Sir,
I have the honour to refer to your letter No. Fo327-
N/36 dated the 28th May 1936 on the subject noted above, and to
state that the Frontier Officer, Aden, is being instructed, on
his journey to the Yemeni capital in September next, to raise and
discuss this question arith the Yemen Gk>vernment ill the hope of
arriving at a procedure which will be found workable and satis
factory An East India Company trading post. .
2. In the meantime I suggest that the summons b© served
through the post. The Letter of Request should be addressed
to His Majesty the King of the Yemen (Imam Yahya bin Muhammad
bin Hamid Ud Din) ssn f a, via Hodeida. and it should be accompan
ied by authenticated Arabic translations of the letter and of
its accompaniments
