Who mil conquer ?
The grievous economic situation of Soviet Russia has raised joyful hopes among Western
European stock exchange sharks and native counter-revolutionary cannibals. Alreadv are
they indulging m sweet dreams of the ruin of the proletarian State that was the first in the
world. A series of allied chicaneries has commenced. Hurried warlike preparations are in
progress on our western frontiers. Attempts are being made to interfere with help for our starv

The bourgeoisie of all countries are preparing to squeeze again the Workmen’s and Peasants’
Republic. We must be on our guad. We must be ready.
We must not cherish any doubts of the world’s capitalism being stronger th%»,we are. It
