Published by the General Staff India. Provides full-country coverage of Russian Turkistan [present-day Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, with part of Kazakhstan]. Portrays hydrology, relief by hachures Lines drawn on a map to indicate the direction and steepness of slope. , railways, roads, settlements, place names, international boundaries and the positions of ethnological groups. Sheet bears the imprints 'Reg. No. 1387. E 17-500.', 'S.D.O. No. 866 January, 1914.' and 'Heliozincographed at the Survey of India Offices, Calcutta [Kolkata].'
