AHMEDNUGGUR.
The Ahmednuggur Jail was inspected on the 23rd and 24th of September 1862.
v The general cleanliness and order were satisfactory; the conser-

introducing the dry system, by which, and the obliteration ol all uiinaiy diains, the
Session Judge reports “ much cleanliness has been ensured.
2. Part of the Jail walls near the privies has been raised, and the only new building
which is reported as being necessary is one for the Jailor,, the
Buddings. probable expense of which would be about Rs. 225.
