Khorasan, pending the arrival of the Diwan
Sahib.

up a demonstration in favour of the re-instate
ment of Prince Rukn-ud-daulah. His Highness’
farrashes are also creating disturbances with the
same object.

It is reported that the Russian Consul-General
offered to help the ex-Governor of Khorasan witl
money to 'effect his re-instatement. Prince
Rukn-ud-daulah replied that he did not require
any.

The Prince Rukn-ud-daulah is said to have offered the
