Transmits copy of letter from General Manager, Anglo-
Persian Oil Company, Abandan, stating that certain
points are not included in revised draft Agreement
which they will be prepared to concede, in whole or
in part, in course of negotiations, and inquires if
it is desired to submit these points to His Majesty's
Government. Suggests that Company may be in
formed that they can initiate and conduct negotia
tions without further reference as soon as Political
Agent has informed their representative that the
Shaikh has received comments of His Majesty's
Government and requests telegraphic approval
