Perso-Baluch frontier. I have been informed by the Grand Vizier that
the Mumtahm-us-Sultaneh states that he wrote to His Majesty’s Consul,
Seistan, with regard to the rights of the two Persian places, Kacha and Piran,
and that on November 6th His Majesty’s Consul informed him that he did not
dispute tiieir validity. Frontier officer then sent two Persian subjects to settle
