55. Penalty for Breach of Conditions. —Should a postcard for
transmission by the Inland Post be posted without the postage having

postcard postage to be charged on delivery. If an inland postcard be addressed
Baghdad to a country served by the Foreign Post, it will be disposed of under
clause 124.
