The letter discusses financial matters in detail including sales of wool and cloth and news that Captain Thistleton had mistakenly unloaded wool for Bussora at Bushire (and vice-versa). The letter also states that monthly accounts for January and February are enclosed (they are not contained in the file) but that March's accounts are not due to Galley's continuing illness.
