opened in Karmanshah and Hamodan.

vii. The Danzig Railway was transferred to Poland on December 1st,
viii. 35 wagon loads of foods have been sent from Harbin for the famine
area on the Volga.
ix. The Ural gold mines have been given to an American company for
20 years, 10 per cent, of the profits to go to Russia. 50 per cent, of the
workers are to be Russians. The State will have the right of purchase
after 5 years.
