13. At Egutpoora a large tank has been constructed to
supply the station with water, the want of which was much
felt. As this may some day be a large Locomotive depot, this
certain source of supply will be of great service.
14. Several large necessaries for 3rd class travellers
have been put in hand during the past year, and a large
number of minor works executed.
15. Bombay, Overbridges .—With reference to the
matter of overbridges over the portion of the line from Ma-
zagon to Moody Bay, it has been finally determined by a
local committee to build three at the joint expense of the Go
vernment, the Municipality, and the Railway Company :—1st
the Elphinstone Bridge to the south of the Waree Bunder
goods station; 2nd the Musjid Bridge at Musjid Bunder;
3rd the Carnac Bridge at Carnac Bunder; a 4th bridge is to
be built at Boree Bunder at the sole expense of the Railway
Company.
16. Goods Stations .—The Company have now run a
siding from the main line into their new goods station at
Waree Bunder, and have collected a large amount of materials
towards the commencement of the work. They have posses
sion of a portion of the station ground and wharfage, but the
greater portion of the land has not yet been handed over to
them.

17. Moody Bay Passenger Station .—The land for the
new passenger station at Moody Bay has been nearly re
claimed during the past year, and the connection completed
with the existing line to the east of Boree Bunder. The
work has been done for Government by the Railway at an
estimated cost of two
rupees
