Arrangement

This file consists of two parts, which are in separate folders: Mss Eur F111/359/1 and Mss Eur F111/359/2. The document which is now Mss Eur F111/359/2 was an unreferenced document found on top of the papers which now comprise Mss Eur F111/359/1. Whether Mss Eur F111/359/2 was originally part of Mss Eur F111/359/1 is uncertain, but since it relates to the subjects discussed in Mss Eur F111/359/1 and was kept with it, this suggests that the two were kept together by George Curzon, therefore it was decided that these two sets of papers should be repackaged together, but they should be kept physically separate in separate folders.
